IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Please be aware that you might need to pay import tax of some sort in your destination country, so be sure to check the import rules and regulations in the destination location where your order is being shipped. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
There are no additional fees, customs duties or Taxes charged in Iceland for export.
In all cases, Iceland Memories will not be responsible for any shipping and handling charges to and from Iceland Memories, or paying or refunding customs fees, taxes, or VAT that may be due.

All our sheep products are handmade, so each individual item will be slightly different. The color of a product image may appear slightly different from that of the photo in the shopfront.
Refund
We will happily refund money or exchange product if found to be faulty. However, returns are not accepted for change of mind.
